This page explains what information Melrose AC collects through the booking form on melroseac.com, why we collect it, and who receives it.

What the booking form collects

When you request an appointment, the form collects:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your service address
• The number of indoor heads and your system brand
• Any symptoms you select and anything you write in the notes box
• The appointment window you choose
• Optional photos of your unit(s)

Why we collect it

We use this information to prepare a quote, schedule your appointment, communicate with you about the service, and keep a record of the work we do.

Who receives it

• Web3Forms is the service that delivers your submission to us by email. Your form entries and any photos you attach pass through it.
• Google Calendar. After you submit, we add your appointment to our own Google Calendar. The calendar entry includes your name, phone, email, service address, system details, and notes. Photos are not added to the calendar entry.
• Vercel hosts this website and the server function that adds the calendar entry, so your booking details pass through its servers while they are processed.

About photos

Photos of your unit can show parts of your home. Please don't include people or unrelated sensitive information, such as documents or screens, in anything you upload.

Other things to know

• This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
• The site currently does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
• Our Instagram and Facebook links lead to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep this information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
